Once again, we are bringing together our fleet clients and the manufacturers of their fleet equipment; the purpose being to
provide the ideal forum for sharing needs, wants, and concerns with manufacturers and for sharing ideas on best practices of
warranty submission, claim recovery and fleet management with your fellow fleet operators. This is also a great venue to receive
updates from these manufacturers on warranty related issues.

The presentations that will be offered to you during the conference will cover specific OEM warranty policies and procedures, sessions with CASCOR staff relating to incorporating those policies and procedures into your fleet's day to day operations, a tour of AEP's Columbus, OH facility along with a review of their operating processes.
Also offered will be an Interactive Open Session on Fleet Warranty issues, such as utilizing your maintenance system, effective fleet management, in-house failed parts management, open recall campaigns, best practices as outlined by your own colleagues, peer to peer Q&A's and much more.
All of these sessions will be very beneficial to you and your staff as you work to develop and/or improve proper warranty procedures so that you can continue to maximize claim recovery and improve overall fleet operations and morale.
